Cancellation Policy
Sometimes the unexpected happens. In such cases, we have to charge 80% of the package price for a short-term, written cancellation (from 30 days before arrival) and 100% for early departure or cancellation on the day of arrival.
The right of withdrawal according to 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
